Definition
Every article should contain a definition. It is of form X is Y. The part "X is" is already in your article. Thus include only the part "Y" in the definition template. Thus, no capital letter and do not repeat the PAGENAME in the beginning. See e.g. Template:Ability.
Description
Content
- An article describes only the topic stated in its heading. For example, Competency article should not describe the importance of Education.
- Every article should to be aligned with the content of the Wiki. For example, Knowledge process articles do not state that they process Tacit knowledge in a way that contradicts the article Tacit knowledge.
- Every article should be assigned to a category to be reflected in the navigation taxonomy. When working on an article you have to decide which category it belongs to. Only the immediate 'parent' category has to be mentioned. Index for assigning a category see below.
- When you link to an other article, watch the color of the link. Blue means - liked successfully. Red means that the article to link to hasn't been found. For example, see the category below.
Formatting
- Headings: Only the first letter of the first capitalized (except acronyms)
- Only first letter of the first word in a sentence capitalised (acronyms are an exception)
- Inlude links from the text to other articles (e.g. knowledge, knowledge management, tacit knowledge

- Concise Oxford dictionary File:IAEA Style Manual.pdf = British spelling, BUT iza/ize
