Process map is A special web page that organizes access to all of the online resources relating to a topic, similar to providing a ‘one-stop shop’.
Summary
Description
A competency map is a representation of the result of competency mapping. The information represented in a competency map enables an organization to identify its needs and its current stage in order to identify an action plan for competency management.
The representation of the competency map can be in many forms including diagrams, graphics, lists, databases or collections of data.
