Alumni programme is form of cooperation with ex-staff, who is holder a lot of knowledge and experiences. It be enable preservation active contact with former staff and facilitate their participation in solving of relevant problem if need it. Condition of that is personal profile filling of specialist into system, which makes possible searching and access to these dates. In practice it can be realized in form of meeting with pensioner and ex-staff, holding of workshops to concrete actual themes or debriefings of selected bearer of critical knowledge.
