An Alumni programme is A form of cooperation with ex-staff, people who hold much knowledge and experience
Description
An Alumni programme enables the preservation of active contacts with former staff and facilitates their participation in solving relevant problem if needed.
A precondition is the availability of a personal profile e.g. in an expert's directory, which makes possible searching and access to these data. In practice, this can be realized in form of meeting with retirees and ex-staff, holding of workshops to concrete actual themes, or debriefings of selected bearers of critical knowledge.
